Bio

I am often asked the question “When should I plan for my legacy?” And I always answer “NOW”. The minute you ask the question, while you are healthy and can make decisions, is the time to create your estate plan. I became an Estate Planning Attorney because of what I saw my parents go through when they were having their plan created late in life and shortly before my father’s death. There were so many unanswered questions and the process of planning became confusing for them. I remember thinking, "there’s got to be a better way." Now as Director of Estate Planning, I am only satisfied when our clients fully understand and have optimally planned to protect their families and their assets through all stages of life. This includes ensuring children are protected and provided for, preserving wealth, and minimizing taxes so you can leave behind a legacy for future generations. I coordinate plans with our entire wealth management team at KFN to ensure all aspects of their financial health are in place when preserving their legacy. When I am not educating the public on the nuances of Estate Planning through seminars, webinars, and public speaking engagements, I spend my time with my amazing wife Michele and our three beautiful kids Charlotte, Caroline, and Chip in our hometown of Lumberton, NJ. And yes I have an estate plan in place…it’s spectacular.
